The above options are the only things that work, there’s no factory reset button, factory reset pinhole, or another way to reset the ScreenCast than via the web UI.

This can be confusing because you will still be able to wireless screencast, mirror, etc. The screen that the J5 shows seems to be (mostly) a static image so it will always show the 192.168.203.1 address even when that’s not the address. Then the issue is that your J5 has connected to your WiFi and probably picked up a DHCP (internal -network) IP address.
